Coopers Hall opened in 2014 as Oregon’s first keg-focused winery and as they’ve grown and evolved, many questions have arisen about how to continue to keep sustainability in mind.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">In each episode they’ll invite colleagues of the Willamette Valley wine community to discuss such topics as land and water management, certifications, inclusivity and exclusivity in wine, reusable packaging, labor shortages and immigrant rights. Revino will reuse existing wine bottles as well as manufacture their own Revino bottle, then collect, wash, inspect and make the bottles available to wineries to use again and again (up to 25 times!) They’re not quite launched, but Keenan has all the facts, statistics and a very clear plan - they expect to be up and running in 2023.
