How about charged topics such as sex, power, flirting, sex, and vulnerable? Think it’s impossible? Well, come take a listen to men and women educators open their hearts, put down their guards and do exactly that. It’s an interesting paradox. We all really want to know how we show in the world but we do everything we can to avoid it. Its like an itch we want to scratch but also tend to ignore. We create secret covert alliances with our friends, families, workmates and enemies for them to withhold the truth, to make things safe rather than real. In doing so, we never truly know what people think about us. For some, this is okay. Maybe not for you. Every week, coach, entrepreneur and teacher Rob Kandell will leading a group experience where he will speak his heart-filled, intense, tuff love. He will (a) answer questions posted to this event and via chat, (b) speak his mind plainly on topics of interest, and (c) coach brave enthusiastic volunteers in a group setting. Honestly, we don’t know what’s going to happen.

<itunes:image href="https://feeds.podetize.com/goMi-jIJw9.jpg"></itunes:image>
<itunes:category text="Education"><itunes:category text="Self-Improvement"></itunes:category></itunes:category><itunes:category text="Health & Fitness"><itunes:category text="Sexuality"></itunes:category></itunes:category><itunes:category text="Science"><itunes:category text="Social Sciences"></itunes:category></itunes:category><itunes:explicit>true</itunes:explicit><itunes:author>Robert Kandell</itunes:author>
<itunes:owner><itunes:name>Robert Kandell</itunes:name><itunes:email>hello@podetize.com</itunes:email></itunes:owner><itunes:type>episodic</itunes:type>

1.5: Playing with Polarities

<itunes:duration>2978</itunes:duration>
<itunes:explicit>true</itunes:explicit>

There is a spark in all men and women between their masculine and feminine energy. This is called polarity and just like we learned in seventh grade science, a positive repels another positive while the opposites attract. A woman with a strong masculine energy attract men with strong feminine energies. But women also want men who can switch from being a container of their energy to someone who takes full command on that energy. The six conversations series ends with playing with polarities, how and why men and women should know how to switch from fluid to sturdy.

This taboo topic offers so much experience, feeling and exploring for a man and a woman. The six conversations continues with demystifying oral sex where one man’s first interaction of it leaves him shameful for not lasting more than ten seconds, while the woman just doesn’t feel comfortable and confident doing it. However, both man and woman enjoy the moment of surrender, being present at the moment and thus being submissive and dominant at the same time. Learn why there is so little communication around this topic when it’s a favorite act for most people.

There are times during the day when a man’s masculine shifts to its feminine, and he is not even aware of it. This happens to women as well but in a different way because where men lean more on their logic, women hold to their emotions so they are aware of these shifting energies. When these energies find balance, the integrity that results will lead to a healthy relationship with the men or women in our lives. But is there a difference between the two? Is masculine versus feminine integrity a relationship issue that needs to be addressed? Learn how you can find the connection in this paradoxical situation where both sides can be right.

Whether it can lead to attraction or not is not the question, rather are you aware that you’ve triggered the sweet spot of the person across you. Flirting is more than the words or the touching. It is about understanding that person and using your energy to get in sync with each other, getting permission to experience desire and attraction in a way that isn’t overwhelming or out of bounds. The six conversations continues with flirting, attraction and vulnerability. Learn why being a man of mystery isn’t that effective anymore and why being true to yourself is a better way to flirt.

Knowing and respecting boundaries puts value on a woman, making her feel that she is an amazing person. However, men have to be conscious that they have this level of impact in the lives and experiences of women that is unseen yet very powerful. Saying yes or no doesn’t mean anything unless you make it mean something. Tuff Love expands its reach with a new series called “Six Conversations Between…” Weekly, two people will be having unfiltered and raw conversations around topics that exist between all of us: Love, communication, sexuality, and more. For our first series of six, I am joined by Arielle Brown for ‘Six Conversations between a Woman and a Man’. We dive RIGHT into the deep end of the pool by discussing boundaries, consent and power dynamics. With the explosion of the ‘Weinstein Effect’ and #MeToo, there was a lot to talk about. We engage in deep conversation about our own experiences, our own relationship to power and how we recommend you can engage with it.
