My interest in practical spiritual teachings has grown steadily over the years following my introduction to the work of J. Krishnamurti in the early 1980s. Favorite authors and teachers, whose works I include in our discussions, include A Course In Miracles, The Way of Mastery, The Tao Made Easy, Diederik Wolsak’s Choose Again, Shirzad Chamine’s Awareness and Positive Intelligence, Guy Finley’s The Courage To Be Free, Michael Singer’s The Untethered Soul and The Surrender Experiment, Dr. Michael Ryce’s Why is this Happening to Me — AGAIN? as well as books by Alan Cohen and the works of Carl Jung, Alan Watts, Anthony deMello and Pema Chodron, to name a few. 

I have always been drawn to teachers who invite us to observe and question rather than to prescribe an already set thought pattern or belief system. My intention is to provide a free, accessible, safe way to address and neutralize the stress-producing climate many of us find ourselves in at present. Listeners are encouraged to bring their own personal challenges and questions to these conversations.
