Kundalini and the Consciousness of Love

May your awareness emanate from love. There is a sensation of energy rising up through your body, this is the goddess Kundalini cleansing and clearing anything blocking you. This energy moves up and out, like a creative impulse, a release. She connects you to the column of light within you, and into the heavens.

Allow your self, your mind, your body, your energetic field to vibrate with the frequency of love.

We bow to the knowledge of this place, we ask for the blessings of the great beings of this place. We ask for the support of great beings beyond our galaxy, and ask for all the love of the cosmos to be present with us. May all beings receive this love and light for their highest and greatest good.

Self Confidence and Guidance - A Practice of Clarity

We often look outside of ourselves for validation, guidance and a sense of self. Today I propose that you introduce a practice of clarity into your daily life. Allow yourself to receive the grace that is available to you, and ask your angels and guides to show you what true guidance feels like.

Trust that within you is a seed of divine knowledge. There are many tools to help you access it, and so many levels on which you can clear your energy and choose what to align yourself with. True confidence comes from connecting to the Self.

Some tools I use to get clear guidance:

Meditation, tapping (EFT), Emotion Code sessions, Healy frequencies, Time Waver sessions, asking for guidance and messages from angels and spirit guides, energetic clearing, vitamins, parasitic cleanses, Biomagnetic Pair Therapy, consuming clean water and food, rest and sleep, Self massage with oil, oil pulling, detoxing with chlorella and charcoal (especially after removing metal fillings in teeth), clearing infection and inflammation, listening to music, making art, connecting from the heart with family, animals, the ocean, earth and sky. Breath work, Reiki, walks, and asking for ease and grace every step of the way.

Manifesting from Intention and Tapping on Resistance to Change

Get clear on your intention. Focus on that first and ask for help with manifesting. Sometimes we limit ourselves. When you become clear on your intention, your overall goal for this week, this month, this year, the material manifestation can come from there. The angels and spirit guides, your higher self, the universe can help you to manifest things that maybe you didn't know were possible. So pause for a moment, take a breath in and be willing to release. What's blocking you from becoming your best self? Let's work on clearing that first. And then the flow will be more easeful. If we can release control and trying to make everything just the way we want it, and allow the universe to support us in connecting with our highest and greatest good, then more magic can happen.

Lastly, we tap on fear of change and welcoming growth. (Tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique is a great tool that supports your mind and body in releasing blocks and limiting beliefs as well as creating new associations with positive statements and expansive beliefs.) I am Love - A Channeled Message

All of the universe is filled with love and light. There are pockets of darkness, but the majority of the universe is a vibration and a frequency that you call love and light. This frequency is abundant. It is loving. It is a natural source of energy and empathy for you. You can tap into it at any time. All you need to do is clear your energy field and ask for help. Allow yourself to spend time in the space of love. Love is your mantra. Breathe in love, breathe out love.

Support the Greater Good without Self-Sacrifice - A Channeled Message

Liberty is the consciousness of allowing what is true for you to exist without threat. This is the message that came through in this channeled message after my recent conversation with Mark Gober. In addition, when we act from a place of freedom, we feel more love. When we act from a place of contraction and control, we also contract.

Each of us has a personal responsibility and a worldly responsibility. The first step is to clear the clutter in your own mind. The second step is to look around you and to say, "In what way am I acting virtuously? In what way am I supporting the greater good of all around me, without self-sacrifice?"

This is an important concept and boundary to understand, when you protect yourself and take care of yourself, you are serving others, through this reciprocal respect. When you do the right thing for yourself, which is not necessarily a selfish act, but rather an act of alignment. When you look at what is aligned for you, in turn those around you will either learn through example or feel the energy themselves of paying attention to what is aligned for them. If we all came from a place of love and alignment, we would be much more generous and thoughtful in our responses.

He also has a podcast called Where Is My Mind, which I highly recommend. Today, we talk about Mark’s third book in which he examines individual liberty and collective freedom in relation to government, asking “How should society be organized?” And in what ways are we eroding our freedoms at this time in history? This provocative interview stems from his investigation and experiences with consciousness, and ideas he expanded on in his previous books. I also share his approach, starting with the metaphysical and spiritual, finding what is aligned and true on a personal level, then moving out to the meta and looking at it in terms of society, family, government, education, and the world around us.

Creativity and Unplugging from the Matrix - A Channeled Message

This episode was recorded in August 2021 after recording Episode 31 with Director Joyce Chow where we talked about the movie The Matrix, and how it was a metaphysical treasure trove of liberating concepts. I'm sharing this now, to mark the end of 2021 and sending you many blessings, love and light for a magical 2022.

This channeled message is about the important role that creativity and the artist play in our society, how making art is uplifting, and could be a normal part of our daily life. There is so much untapped creative potential in our society. Check into consciousness, meditate, do more yoga, be a creative expressive person, and this will activate our connection to the divine. To create more abundance, be more creative. Creativity is abundance.

As we unplug from the programming that holds us back we may ask: Who am I? What do I want to create while I’m here? Make space for guidance to come through. Liberation and healing is possible for us faster than we can imagine. Hold strong boundaries around your new awareness, and be aware that as we unplug disorientation is common, it is a rebirth.

Free will is our great gift as humans. What does your heart say to you? Look within.

The Power to Heal Yourself - A Channeled Message and Transmission

It is so important for us to wake up to the expansiveness of our healing abilities. The power to heal is within us all. You have the ability to heal trauma and difficulty through your heart. As you know your soul and all it’s expressions you begin to use all aspects of yourself. It's also good to work with a variety of practitioners as there are many layers to our healing journey.

Postscript: I got very sick a few days after recording this episode! And without remembering I had recorded this message, I used these tools to heal myself. I worked with several practitioners to help me heal, using polarity therapy, psychic guidance for physical remedies, tracking and releasing karmic patterns and emotional blocks, tapping for relief of pain and trapped emotions, and a TimeWaver session – all of that really helped clear intense mold allergies and sinus pain. I also found support from vitamin c, zinc, bone broth, ginger shots, minerals and turmeric. Through all this I healed in 2 days, but at times I felt very challenged and unable to function and in pain, it was a clearing and detox as well. Many issues came up to be addressed like releasing sadness from my lungs, holding strong boundaries, and asking for what you want. I am so grateful for all the angels and human helpers available to me. I am so grateful to be feeling much better now.

Listen to Voices of the Light and Release Fear - A Channeled Message

Rather than making choices based in fear, connect to your soul and do something creative to help you on your journey. When contemplating next steps, clear negative energy, call in protection in new locations, feel at ease with travel, and let go of limiting beliefs around self sacrifice - these are some of the themes in this episode. When we travel we often are drawn to work through past life karma that a location may connect us with. When we can strengthening our energetic boundaries, calling in our power, and speaking our truth from a place that is aligned with love and light, we can heal karma in relation to geographic locations and our past life lessons.

Postscript - After a month of searching I did find a home for my family in Playa del Carmen. I used the tools described in this episode, I focused on grace, asked for miracles, and tapped into abundance. Then unexpectedly, I received a phone call one morning with the news that a perfect place had just become available, something we would have never found independently, and I knew it was the angels helping me. I am grateful and excited to see how the joy and our journey unfolds in this new location.

The Frequency of Intention - A Channeled Message

When you see yourself as greater than the problems that consume you, you shift the problems. As you shift your frequency, you shift your energetic being, allowing yourself to attune to a positive outcome on a regular basis, shifts the general frequency of your entire being. And as you allow this shifting to occur and you participate, when you give the directions to the frequency that is flowing through you, when you are conscious in your decision-making process about who you want to be and what you want to do, even to the cellular level, then you are highly aligned with a divine frequency. And that allows wisdom and truth to flow through you. And you begin to see more clearly what is truly happening

Empowerment and Choice - A Channeled Message

Empowerment, choice, listening to the voice within, and allowing a power greater than you to filter through your consciousness. First learn to clear your energy field and receive answers that are aligned for you and inspire your creative work. Ask for a spiritual shield, a matrix of love and light to encapsulate you. You have full responsibility for your life, for your creative actions, for your boundaries, for saying yes, for saying no, what you do with your time, how you structure your day, how you take care of yourself, how much you sleep, what you do for your health, what you put into your mouth and your body, your thoughts, what thoughts you allow, what thoughts you put out, what you share with the world, all of this is your choice.

Listen to your soul, it has a message to give you. There are many things that we are capable of in this lifetime, but there are a few things that your soul is really good at and wants to share with the world. By accessing this inner truth, you're surmounting blocks and misinformation that hold you back from full expression. When you're fully engaged in your process, whether it's creating an artwork or drawing or writing, any creative process – you tap into a sense of timelessness and you channel truth through your engagement with the process. Just trusting the process itself is the magic.

Connect to Your Highest Self

Connect to that child inside, your highest self that wants to communicate with us, and is joyous and creative and free. This part of yourself is love, is joy, is freedom. As you breathe and make space for this being to arrive and to speak with you, trust your process. We are telling our souls, our childlike creative selves, that there is space for them to speak with us and to be present.

In my own creative work, I have been doing lots of paintings that are channeled angel energy. Lots of color and swirls and circular patterns. I do them on paper and canvas and they flow through so easily. Some of them are just solid color that feel like a certain angel energy. Aligned for the Highest Good - A Channeled Message

A message about creativity, abundance, empowerment, anything that would support you in connecting more deeply to your creative spirit right now.

Sometimes resistance is just a pattern of keeping us in place, holding us back. There may be energies or entities or attachments or chords to people, places, things that hold you in a pattern that's not serving your highest good. So ask yourself when you think, "Oh, I want to do something" or "I don't want to do that thing," or "that thing is calling to me, but I don't know," check in with your angels and guides. In what way is this supporting me? Is this aligned? And before you ask that question, it's really helpful to clear your energy and make sure that the voice that you're asking this from or the voice that's coming through, your intuition, your psychic awareness is really coming from love and light and an energy that it has your highest good at heart.

You are Protected, Safe, and Free - A Channeled Message

Harmonizing frequencies of Earth, nature, and ocean are shared in this episode, where I call on Mother Earth, fairies, and Archangel Aquariel after an earthquake on Maui.

The fairies share a poetic message, “Can you imagine a life without feeling the wind on your cheek, or the water on your toes, or the grass between your feet, or the snow dropping on your nose. The Power of Love vs. Structures of Disempowerment

The message for today is about love. And love will carry you through all difficult times if you stay focused in your heart on the energy of love. The energy of love is like a white light. That funnel of energy that comes from the divine is expansive and immense. It is all around us, but in our hearts, we can create a pinpoint of energy if we focus on it. The white light fills our hearts with love and washes away fear. When you experience fear, you close the door to love. Love is the antidote to fear. So when you find yourself in a moment of fear or an experience or a belief pattern involving fear, breathe, connect to yourself and ask the universe for support. In what way can you expand your consciousness and allow a being greater than your own awareness come through and support you in releasing this fear, sending it back to wherever it came from. Let's contemplate the ways that we give away our power.

Follow the Yellow Brick Road - How I Moved to Kauaʻi

Trusting your intuition and guidance, taking a leap of faith even when you don’t understand why, and going for it, is the theme of this story. Ultimately I have found my angels and guides bring me to the right places at the right times. Sometimes I don't understand why at first, but in retrospect, everything makes perfect sense, and I learn so much along the way. This is the story of how I moved my family from New York to Maui, and then got the guidance to move again. I followed this guidance and went on a trip to Kauai in April to see what it was all about. As the energy of Kauai called to me across the ocean, I have begun to understand that where you live is a reflection of the energy and spiritual development you are involved in. Kauai is the next step for my family and me, so we moved here in July and I’m so happy we did. I hope this story inspires you to follow your dreams and inner guidance.

Portal of the Heart - A Channeled Message

Money, manifesting, and that portal of light in your heart are part of a channeled message for this episode. And, a new course called Creativity & Consciousness is announced at the end.

Money will meet you where you are at. Just like angels. Energy flows to those that are open to receiving it. When we are open to receiving money and abundance in the greatest capacity, it will flow to us. Knowledge, money and insight are great gifts from the universe. Allow money to flow to you and give this gift back to the world. This flow is quite healthy, a beautiful river flowing through you. When you are in flow it helps the world to become more aligned with a higher frequency, a higher vibration of abundance, awareness and love.

Manifesting is a form of speech. Talking to yourself with a narrative that will come true if you repeat it enough times. Speak your secret to the wind and it will come back to you. Give your mind over to that reality. Thank it for having already arrived. Welcome it in, and it becomes true. You have already manifested your dreams. They exist in your dreams because they are real. They may be in a further time and space than you are right now, but that doesn’t make them any less real. Allow your mind to release the constriction around ideas of time and space. When you find yourself in harmony it is so much easier to make decisions and to flow.

In your very heart there is an energy greater than you can imagine. If you open that door, this beautiful light can shine through it, then you will see the truth about yourself. That light will illuminate all aspects of your being and empower you to fully be your truest self. When you allow it and welcome it, the light can shine through the portal of the heart and make everything bright and clear, and your life becomes more easeful. How can you allow that inner knowing to shine forth? You have an amazing portal in the middle of your heart that can open wide and allow light and bright energy to flow through you. For today's episode I am sharing a guided awareness, and I hope that it helps you to be more connected to your heart. You can do this guided awareness, any time to support you and connect with your body and your breath. The simple act of becoming aware of your body, and this moment, being present, is very powerful. And allow it to support you with whatever it is that you are doing.

Let Yourself Dream - A Channeled Message
